Refund & Return Policy

At ARC-Fire, we stand behind the engineering of our products. Because we deal in high-precision fire control groups, including the ARC-Fire Trigger and various forced-reset systems, we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure the safety and reliability of the inventory we provide to our customers.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items purchased through our online store. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. ## 2. Strictly No Returns on Installed Items Safety is our absolute priority. Once a Para 15 Trigger , Binary Trigger , or WOT Trigger has been installed, “dry-fired,” or taken to the range, it is no longer eligible for return or refund. * We cannot verify the structural integrity of a trigger once it has been subjected to installation forces or firing cycles.

  • If you believe an installed item has a manufacturing defect, please refer to Section 5 regarding Warranty & Defects.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must contact our support team at info@frttriggerarms.com.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.

  • Items sent back to our Minden facility without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Manufacturing Defects & Warranty

If you buy ARC-Fire Trigger products and encounter a functional issue, we want to make it right.

  • If a product is found to have a legitimate manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or repair at our discretion.

  • Please note: Issues arising from improper installation, use of non-compatible bolt carriers, or incorrect buffer weights (e.g., failing to use an H3 Carbine Buffer when required) are not considered manufacturing defects.

6. Refunds & Restocking Fees

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging.
