1. Legal Compliance & Age Restrictions

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer, not ARC-Fire, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of any items purchased.

You agree that any Binary Triggers , FRT Triggers , or Super Safety Kits will be used in a lawful manner.
ARC-Fire does not ship to jurisdictions where these items are restricted. If you purchase an item that is illegal in your area, your order will be cancelled.

2. Product Installation & Safety Warning

Firearm components, particularly the ARC-Fire Trigger and other rapid-reset systems, should only be installed by a qualified gunsmith.

Improper installation of a Para 15 Trigger or WOT Trigger can lead to malfunctions, accidental discharge, or serious injury.
By choosing to buy ARC-Fire Trigger products, you assume all risk associated with the installation and use of the product.

3. Limitation of Liability

ARC-Fire, its owners, and its employees shall not be liable for any hardware damage, personal injury, or legal consequences arising from the use or misuse of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of Geissele Pre-Cut Triggers or Trinity Trigger systems in non-compatible platforms.

4. Purchasing & Payment

When you buy ARC-Fire Trigger systems online:

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect a fraudulent transaction or a violation of state/federal laws.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping & Ownership

The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). ARC-Fire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information shows the item has been delivered to the address provided.

Unless otherwise stated, ARC-Fire owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including the patented ARC-Fire Trigger technology descriptions and media. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
