Warranty Policy

Effective Date: January 14, 2026

At ARC-Fire, we take immense pride in the engineering and craftsmanship of our fire control systems. We use only high-grade tool steels and precision CNC machining to ensure that when you buy ARC-Fire Trigger products, you are receiving a duty-grade component. Our Warranty Policy is designed to protect your investment against manufacturing defects and ensure your gear performs as promised.

1. Limited Lifetime Warranty

We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the structural integrity of the trigger housing and core mechanical sears of the ARC-Fire Trigger and official ARC-branded kits. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials (e.g., fractures in the S7 or 8620 steel).

  • Workmanship defects during the CNC machining process.

  • Failures of the Active Reset Clutch (ARC) mechanism under normal operating conditions.

2. Component-Specific Coverage

Because we carry a wide variety of brands and technologies, warranty coverage may vary by product type:

  • ARC-Fire Branded Products: Covered by our internal Limited Lifetime Warranty.

  • Third-Party Triggers: Items such as Binary Triggers (Franklin Armory) or WOT Triggers are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer should a defect arise.

  • Modified Components: Our Geissele SSA-E – Precut Trigger and other pre-cut units are warranted specifically for the precision of our cuts.

3. What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:

  • Improper Installation: Damage caused by forceful installation or failure to follow provided instructions.

  • Unsupported Modifications: Any “at-home” grinding, polishing, or clipping of springs.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Expected finish wear (DLC/Nitride) or spring fatigue after thousands of rounds.

  • Negligence: Damage caused by firing out-of-spec ammunition or improper firearm maintenance.

  • Incorrect Timing: Failure to use required supporting hardware, such as an H3 Carbine Buffer , which can cause excessive stress on the Para 15 Trigger or FRT Trigger systems.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Stop Use Immediately: Do not continue to fire a weapon with a suspected trigger malfunction.

  2. Contact Support: Email info@frttriggerarms.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.

  3. RMA Process: If the claim is valid, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will ship the unit to our Minden facility for a physical inspection.

  4. Resolution: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will—at our discretion—repair the unit, replace it with a new one, or issue a store credit.

5. Limitation of Liability

ARC-Fire’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product. ARC-Fire is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including damage to other firearm parts or personal injury resulting from the failure of a component.
